Lake Farm is registered at SARS as a Public Benefit Organisation(PBO) exempted from incomes tax and thus can issue Tax certificates.

Lake Farm Centre is a residential care facility registered for 90 intellectually and physically disabled adults.

 Lake Farm Centre Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is made up of prominent members of the community who are elected at the A.G.M. of the Lake Farm Aid Association.  In their capacity they promote the organization and keep an eye on the administration of Lake Farm Centre.  They have the interest and welfare of the mentally challenged residents at heart.

Staff
We have 37 full-time staff members working in our administration, hostels, workshops, farm, grounds, kitchen and laundry.
We don't have a full-time fundraiser  but are blessed with friends, organisations and volunteers who organise and raise funds on our behalf.
Volunteers
 
Volunteers play an important part of our program. Volunteers are recruited on a continuous basis for specific tasks within the program.

The dedicated volunteers assisted by the residents successfully run this outlet for the items we produce for sale.  Thank for your precious time and commitment.
